I haven't played Handmaid in a while but I did make my own headcanon post if anyone feels curious enough to read it. Handmaid, in my opinion, is one of the better developed Ancestors out of the 12. We see her past actively happen in the story, get her life summarized by someone who never lies and know how she dies. You can make plenty of inferences if you keep in mind she is a character that has suffered abuse for what could be thousands of years under enslavement to Lord English.
